Sutton to FEP, early inked annotation to title page, occasional inked numerals to margins, neat paper repairs to gutter margins and text throughout (without loss of sense).
A Restoration reprint of excerpts of Book I and the entirety of Book II of Bishop of Chichester and religious author Reginald Peacock's (b. c. 1392, d. in or after 1459) Book of Faith (1456), an exploration of the nature of God, the role of the Church, and religious rituals; edited by Church of England clergyman and historian Henry Wharton (1664-1695).
