1. When will my order bedelivered?
The estimated delivery date is on the listingbefore you purchase. You can also view this on your purchase history page. Allorders are dispatched within 5 working days (Monday-Friday), or as stated onthe listing. You will receive a message/email telling you when your order isdispatched and it will also be marked dispatched on your purchase page. If thedelivery date is too long for you please ask for your order to becancelled.
2. Why is the tracking numbernot showing in transit/out for delivery?
Royal Mail 48/24 is not a tracked service. Thenumber is a delivery confirmation number put there by Royal Mail and is onlyupdated when they scan your order at the point of delivery. We don’t know thelocation of your item after we dispatch it until it is scanned when delivered.
3. Why has my item not beendelivered within the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time from eBay is onlyan ESTIMATE and is put there by eBay. It may take a day or two more than thisfor your order to be delivered. Due to the current situation and an increase inonline sales across all platforms, it is often taking Royal Mail a lot longerthan the estimated delivery time to deliver orders.
4. Can you dispatch my ordersooner?
Sorry, all orders are dispatched in the orderthat they are received.
5. What do I do if I need myitem quicker?
If your order is needed urgently, pleaseselect Royal Mail 24/1st class. Your order can’t be sent via Royal Mail 24/1stclass unless it has been paid for.
