I bought this from a local Rhode Island gentleman who owned the family run QUILL Pen Company in RI. The company was sold and moved out of state. I purchased a huge quantity of the company inventory, new old stock NOS of high quality writing instruments and other accessories. In addition he was an avid collector of the History of Writing Instruments. I also purchased his extensive collection which includes vintage, salesman samples and prototypes from his contacts in the industry.
